Episode 1 - Rob Macfarlane and Amber Medland

Hello to one and all, and welcome to the English Faculty Podcast! Each week, absolutely free, we'll bring you the best interviews, readings, news and discussions from the Cambridge Faculty of English.

This week, we have an interview with Rob Macfarlane, who talks to us about his lecture series "Landscapes of British and Irish Literature Post 1945", and finds time to read us a bit of J.A Baker and Colin Simms as well.

Plus, Amber Medland, a third year student from Trinity, reads from a a piece of writing that she co-wrote, entitled The White Space, "an extended image stream for piano and spoken voice", which I personally think is rather excellent.

The best thing you could possibly do is to subscribe to the podcast, by opening iTunes, then clicking this link.
